2. What Personal Data We Process and Why

Contact by email and phone. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data that you provide to us – your name, email address, telephone number where applicable, and the content of your message. The purpose is to handle your enquiry and any subsequent communication. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Session and CSRF token. On each visit, the website creates a session and a security CSRF token to protect the administrator login and related forms against misuse, such as cross-site request forgery attacks. This processing is technically necessary and does not require your consent. The data is not linked to any other identification of the visitor.

Website administration. We process website administration credentials exclusively for internal purposes in order to manage the website’s content. Access is limited to authorised employees of zoom it s. r. o.

Login security log. When an attempt is made to log in to the administration interface, we record the IP address, the username entered, the outcome of the attempt and the time. The purpose is to protect against unauthorised access and brute-force attacks. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in securing the system (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not collect other personal data through this website, such as data from surveys, competitions or third-party cookies.

3. Retention Period

We retain data from email and telephone communications for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and related communication, generally for no more than 24 months from our last communication with you, unless a specific law requires longer retention, for example where a contract is concluded and related accounting records must be retained.

We retain records of attempts to log in to the administration interface for no more than 90 days from the date on which they are created.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed only to providers of technical infrastructure, such as hosting or email server providers, with whom we have agreements ensuring data protection in accordance with the GDPR, or where disclosure is required by law.

5. Your Rights

In relation to your personal data, you have the right:

to access the data we process about you,
to have inaccurate or outdated data rectified,
to have data erased (the “right to be forgotten”),
to restrict processing,
to data portability,
to object to processing based on a legitimate interest,
to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

6. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device – such as a computer, phone or tablet – when you visit, so that it can remember certain information about your visit.

Cookies used on this website. We currently use only strictly necessary technical cookies required for the website to function correctly – specifically for logging in to the website administration interface. These cookies do not collect information about your behaviour and are deleted when the session is closed or after a short period of time.

We do not currently use this website to measure traffic through analytics or for targeted advertising, and we do not use third-party cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this information and ask for your consent before any such cookies are used.

Managing cookies. Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, your consent is not required. Without them, however, parts of the website, such as the administrator login, may not function correctly.
