What is included with every service?

Professional infrastructure
We run your systems in the professional VNET data centre. We use redundant internet connectivity, backup power and redundant hardware so that a single failure does not automatically take your service offline.
24/7 monitoring and availability
We monitor the hosted infrastructure continuously. We identify problems as early as possible and, depending on the agreed service level, can respond outside normal business hours.
Data backup and recovery
We back up critical data regularly and retain multiple copies in separate locations. When needed, we can restore individual files or an entire server, or assist with recovery after a more extensive outage.
Server security
We protect hosted infrastructure with a firewall and other security measures. By agreement, we also provide antivirus protection, operating system and server software updates, and secure remote access via VPN.
Hassle-free migration
We move your existing server or application to our infrastructure and take care of the entire migration process. We can migrate a physical server to a virtual environment, move systems between technologies or transfer your complete server environment to us.
Performance that scales with your business
If you need more processing power, storage or memory, we can increase capacity without purchasing a new physical server. For planned increases in demand, we can also arrange a temporary performance boost.
